Yes. Chinese salary level is lower than European. Otherwise, so many companies wouldn’t come to china for their saving cost plan and business development. No boss will pay so much money if he can save money.

But there is another way in the foreigner hiring. We can consider of the East South Asia. There are many excellent experts who will come to China.
